Leadership Through Service
For me, leadership is about mindfulness, situational awareness, and personal growth. It’s about being a servant leader—showing up for people, not standing above them. Those who’ve worked with me know that serving others has always been at the center of everything I do.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading and supporting people at every level—from housekeepers to hospital vice presidents. My clients have included healthcare C-suite executives, university provosts, procurement leaders, and operational vice presidents. I’ve always preferred being in the business, not just over it. I engage personally, treat everyone with respect, thank people for their contributions, and consistently ask, “How can I support you?”

I didn’t start out that way. I’ll be the first to admit that my early career was a learning journey—one shaped by mentors who coached me, lifted me through failure, and cheered me forward. That humility remains at the core of who I am today.

Growth and Trust
I’m a lifelong learner. I continue to sharpen my skills through courses, books, podcasts, and meaningful conversations. I believe growth is a journey, not a destination. As a coach and teacher, I value personal discovery over being “talked at.” I’ve learned that people grow best through a blend of experience, information, and guidance—and that’s how I help teams and organizations become stronger.
Above all, I strive to be someone people can trust. When I commit to something, I deliver—no matter what it takes.

On the surface, my story might look familiar. I’ve spent 42 years with two major Fortune 500 companies, excelling in both operational and sales leadership roles.

If numbers are your thing, here are a few that help paint the picture: I’ve led teams of up to 350 people, managed a $60 million P&L, and was responsible for $500 million in client partnerships—ensuring they were delighted, growing, and renewing. I’ve navigated long labor walkouts, guided major account start-ups and turnarounds, and earned multiple sales awards along the way.

But those numbers and milestones aren’t my story. They’re simply the stepping stones I balanced on while walking through life. My journey isn’t defined by what I’ve done: It’s defined by who I’ve become.

My Story: Beyond the Milestones
My wife and I live in Pennsylvania and are proud parents of two grown daughters, who occupy the biggest space in my heart and mind. I love spending time with my family (including our pets), traveling, swimming in the ocean or my pool, reading, walking, cooking, and watching movies. A lifelong golf enthusiast since my caddie days on Long Island at 15, I play whenever my schedule allows—which, I’ll admit with a grin, isn’t nearly often enough.
